Kinuko & Richard Jambor live in Roanoke, Virginia, and Kobe, Japan. Kinuko has written “Introduction to Japanese,” “Haiku Handbook for Students,” and “Sonome: Basho's Woman Disciple.” She is also the editor of the Blue Ridge Haiku Journal and a member of Haibun Gakkai. Richard has published two translations dealing with Japanese mountain life.
