National Haiku Convention of 65th Anniversary of the Association of Haiku Poets [Junior Section]

Eligible applicants

Students of elementary school, junior high school or high school students

Entries

Entry your own previously unpublished works (up to two haiku per person) in your own handwriting. Please include a seasonal word from one of the four seasons.

The entry form can be downloaded from the Association of Haiku Poets website.
General public members (not affiliated with the Association of Haiku Poets) are also welcome to submit haiku and attend the competition.

Announcement

Winning and selected entries will be compiled into an “Anthology of Selected Haiku” and sent to the winners and selected entrants (addressed to their affiliated schools). Furthermore, the Grand Prize and School Prize will be announced in the November issue of “Haiku Literary Museum,” published by the Haiku Poets Association, and on its website. Excellent Works, and the special selections and selected entries by each judge will be announced on the website.
